About Me:
I work with a wide range of people that are experiencing symptoms of gut dysbiosis (leaky gut), bowel conditions, headaches, reflux, lack of energy and lethargy, autoimmune conditions, weight loss, cholesterol management and hormonal balancing.
I am also a smart DNA practitioner and have undergone specialised training in interpreting and applying genomic wellness tests. I use the test results to develop personalised health plans and targeted nutrition programs for my clients. These tests give me very specific information on a patient's predisposition to disease and help me greatly in customising a specific individual’s food/lifestyle prescription.
About the Service:
An initial appointment is 1 hour. This appointment is where you talk & I listen to gather information & we decide on the next step to getting you where you would like to be. Your detailed nutrition report is included in this initial cost. I normally recommend a review appointment within 4 weeks of you receiving your report.
