Our office is located just off of Panalatinga Road North of Bains Rd. Next door to the colourful car wash and in the same building as Crossfit Loaded.

If you commute along the M2 Southern Expy or South Rd. we are less than 5 minutes off that track.
Going North on M2 into Adelaide, take the “Sherrifs Rd, Lonsdale, Reynella” Exit
Going South on M2 from Adelaide, take the “Panalatinga Rd, Woodcroft” Exit

Most of our patients come from the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide and Mid-Coast Region, and span quite a wide region:
from the North: Brighton, east-ward to Bedford Park, Flinders University, and Blackwood. Flagstaff Hill, O’Halloran Hill, Reynella and Woodcroft.
From the South: Aldinga, Moana, Seaford, Noarlunga, McLaren Vale
From the East: Happy Valley and Aberfoyle Park.
From the West: Lonsdale, O’Sullivan Beach, Christies Beach, Christie Downs and Hackham.
